Shipping policy

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find the details regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are calculated by your local customs office and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time by clicking the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the tracking number.

Missing or Lost Packages:

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local carrier or mail room. We recommend checking around your home or apartment complex for the package.

  • We are NOT responsible for the package after it has been shipped out. 

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

  • Once an order has been placed, we work quickly to get it processed and shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to orders after they’ve been submitted.
